Head Start Families Learn About Resources at Wellness & Safety Fair

Friends and families of Alta Head Start and Early Head Start students got valuable information from eight area agencies at our recent Self-Wellness & Safety Fair, held May 14 at Lockwood United Methodist Church.

Agencies attending included:

  • YMHA
  • MYCAP
  • Medical Record Services
  • The Ohio Attorney General’s Office
  • Sojourner House
  • Alta Behavioral Health
  • Nurse Family Partnership
  • Choffin

Attendees also learned about National Prevention Week, Fire Safety and Home Safety, and were able to sign up for the next Head Start school year.
